This place was absolutely perfect for the celebration of my 60 Th birthday weeeknd . I had my party in The Sanctuary function room with all my friends and family attending . The function , the catering and the staff were awesome . There is so much to do here for all age groups . My grandchildren had pony rides and played mini golf , bird feeding every day , fossicking for thunder eggs , let’s alone playing by the creek right out the back of their accomodation “Mill Lodge” a 4 bedroom house . We stayed in a 2 bedroom creek lodge nearby which was perfect . Our guests stayed in a range of different accomodation from motel style rooms , creek lodges And some brought their caravans and campers and was able to camp ! Suited everyone’s budget . My adult children and I did the adventure park ropes and zip line course which was so much fun . Onsite cafe and restaurant was fantastic .
This venue is within a stones throw from gallery walk at mt tambourine , shops restaurants and wineries !!! Absolutely fantastic . I could not have picked a better venue for many many reasons .
Thank you Thunderbird Park !
The only criticism I would have is that the whole park seems a little understaffed at times .. but not my function .. it was perfect ! But to make up for it the staff work extra hard .

Kids loved the thunder egg fossicking , I went for a horse ride whilst hubby took the boys on the tree top challenge. They loved it so much they went back and said it again the following day. I loved the bird feeding and was great to take the boys bikes to ride around on.

Only downside was only one shower working and taps leaking. Campsite is absolutely beautiful and so much for the kids to do. Bring own food as cafe a bit exy. Staff are super friendly. Activities are very expensive but worth it.
