Eight of us stayed here last weekend to celebrate 60th birthdays. The cottage was super and in a beautiful quiet location. There was plenty of parking space and ample room downstairs and in the garden. Upstairs two of the rooms have lovely double beds but another two have adult bunk beds. Although these were very comfortable to sleep in they are not so easy to use for older couples who have to climb in and out. There was croquet in the garden which was a real bonus and a BBQ. The kitchen table was fantastic for a large group with everything provided for self catering. A bread bin would be useful and a large chopping board. The owner left us a bottle of wine - such a nice touch and rang to check that all was O.K. - which it certainly was. There were games and a jigsaw waiting to be done too. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Tickeridge farm. The cottage is really beautiful with an excellent kitchen and fantastic views. We were 8 adults 1 child and the size/facilities suited us perfectly. The village of Hanley Swan is small but picturesque with a lovely pub and great walking. One walk took us to Clive's fruit farm (worth a visit to try the warm mulled apple juice & to feed the pigs & chickens) Both owner and caretaker were helpful prior to and during stay. Thanks, We will be back
My wife and I stayed at this lovely cottage in December with a few other family friends and we have no complaints. The property was in pristine condition with gorgeous surroundings. We went on some great walks in the surrounding area, plenty of places to explore. Some nice local pubs and restaurants also. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway in the countryside.
