room is small which is typical of japanese hotels. hotel has its own restaurant but there are A LOT of options around it. Its also a shopping area. Location is about 10 mins walk to train station, 5 mins to bus, 15 mins to castle ruins.

It looks nice by outside, but actually the room is not that great. Maybe I got bad luck this time, but the room they chose for me was quite old and small. I guess by the price I can’t complain so much. Breakfast is nice though!

Thank you for a use our hotel.

Thank you for your compliment to our employees.
We have limited employees who can speak English, but we always do our best to guide you.
We are very sorry that the room cleaning and the smell of cigarettes are terrible.
We are really ashamed of it.
So,we have heard your comment now.
I think you got a bad feeling.
In fact, check the room and get rid of it.

Thank you very much.

Stayed there for two nights while exploring fukuoka. The employees were polite and professional, english is limited but they try their best. The room was spacious but altough it was declared as a non smoking room it smelled so much like cigarettes we could hardly believe. Fortunately you are able to open the windows there, otherwise we wouldn't be able to sleep there. And there was a lot of dust, just dont look underneath the bed...The Restaurant/Bar in the basement can be a bit noisy but the windows isolate well so no disturbance.

The hotel is very sophisticated with International or European decor. We liked almost everything. It had a laundry room, free buffet breakfast, quiet (off narrow side street), and near Tenjin Station. We were a little annoyed that the large metal keys are used to access the rooms rather than the typical magnetic chip key cards, and we were required to had the front desk our keys before leaving the hotel and needed to ask the front desk for the keys when we returned. We don’t know If this applied only to international quests because we did not notice Japanese guest doing this. The room amenities are pretty standard. We stayed for three nites and would consider returning since such a good value.

Decent enough. Room was quite small but i got use to that in Japan. View from our room was awesome, Fuji in full effect! Good breakfast, but if your late you will have to be happy with what ever is left over, i found that strange.

Hotel is far from the station, dont recommend to walk. Taxi is the only way. Cost is around 1500 yen.

There is not much to do around hotel, you can eat and get a massage but thats pretty it.

Staff could definitely speak better english!!!
