We stayed here for 7 nights, 2 adults 1 child in a 3 bed luxury room.
We were very impressed with the checkin, even though it was 1030 at night the staff were amazing. We entered our room and were not disappointed at all with our choice. Our room had plenty of space for the 3 of us.
The beds and pillows were comfy and the sleep value here is very high. We were all very comfortable.
The balcony we had, although it was small, was great and we really loved the privacy aspect of it.
The bathroom was large and added to the feeling of space in the room. Of a nighttime when junior was going to sleep we would sit in the bathroom and chat, have a drink and look out at the wonderful view. (The balcony was a bit cold at night for us)
We only ate at the buffet breakfast here once and although we enjoyed it, due to its location I can't recommend it for the price. We easily found great options very close by for much better value.
We had the staff book us into a restaurant and they were very helpful and accommodating. Our booking went through successful.
The proximity from the train station to the hotel is perhaps 2 minutes by foot. Very close. We found this very handy.
We would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommend it.

It has a perfect location. Right in front of the Yokohama Bay and the Ferris Wheel. The room is big and comfy. Our room had a stunning view from the bay and ferris. It has too a nice airport bus service that was very usefull.

Hotel located in front of the water n theme park. Staff was very helpful in serving us. We stayed there for one night and get on the cruise the following morning. When we finished our cruise returned to the hotel using their airport shuttle service to Narita Airport. The staff was eager to help n they keep our luggage with them whilst we can enjoy shopping in nearby shopping arcade until the scheduled time. Excellent service and we will consider to stay in Yokohama Bay Hotel next time when we visit Tokyo which the hotel price is much less expensive and the service is exceptionally good.

Good for families since not a lot of Japanese hotels have large rooms for 3-4 people staying together. Bus from the airport took us to the hotel and even it was the last one in the evening, everything worked out smoothly. The hotel is connected to the Queen's mall and the Landmark Plaza. Lot of selections for restaurants, surprisingly affordable too. Delighted to find a little supermarket too. Great for rainy, snowy or hot days as you are covered in the mall and have lots of options. Very closed to the Instant Noodle Museum, just 5 mins! Excellent for families with kids.

Room Tip: Triple and quad rooms available
