“Sublimely peaceful!”

After the hectic guided monkey tour, this was a peaceful experience, although not quiet, some of the birds can be noisy! Just lovely to wander through this amazing place at your own pace. I would recommend a bird book, and binoculars-we had neither, but still enjoyed it immensely

“A marvelous & educational experience ”

We spent at least an hour wandering around this amazing aviary observing and experiencing the birds. All kinds of colorful birds from around Africa and other places. Birds that like to be on the ground, around water, and flying high in the treetops we're all there. We definitely recommend stop for your self guided tour.
