Review of The Lighthouse Guesthouse

I received a call from the receptionist the day of my booking to confirm my stay (2 Dec 2024). I notified the lady that I would run late for check-in. She told me that if I didn't make it by 9pm my booking would be forfeited. I tried to explain my situation but was informed to make alternative arrangements at Colesburg resort.

Excellent property, staff and ambiance of room . Rooms was clean and so was bathroom. Comfortable and felt like being at home. Added bonus was the electric bed blankets as the night of the 12th was rather cold.

We have stayed at The Lighthouse Guesthouse more than once when traveling between Gauteng and the Cape. It is very easy to find, convenient as a stop over and the hosts are very accommodating. It is well situated with local restaurants within walking distance. A highly recommended stay
