We thought we would try these gardens as
We missed them last time. If you like walking amongst plants and flowers of all different shapes and sizes this is the place for you . Not the easiest place to find but well worth it

My second visit didn't disappoint. The paths are well marked as are plants and trees. Staff are very helpful and pointed out some plants not to miss. If you like tropical gardens, this is a great stop. Nice clean bathrooms, a cafe with drinks, ice cream, and sandwiches, and a small gift shop with a small but well chosen selection of made in Barbados souvenirs. A lovely alternative to the beach.

A lovely place to spend an hour or two following the trails through the plant species. Good facilities at the visitor centre. 30$BBD admission as of June 2018, which I felt was worth it.

Nice gardens that I believe were planted by locals to preserve plants. Lots of colour and plenty of seats dotted around for a rest. Best part were the views, excellent.
