This is our favourite place locally to get breakfast. Plenty of choices from pancakes to french toast and your full fry up. There's also a lovely continental selection. Never been disappointed. The food is always lovely, just perfect. Lovely garden to have a wander in afterwards a d a shop with very nice goodies for the home and garden.

Breakfast was just ok. Staff were not in the slightest bit friendly . Won't be visiting again. Didn't enjoy at all.

The last couple of times they either mixed up our order (bringing the wrong thing) or failed to bring part of it. For example not getting toast with your poached eggs and the poached eggs going cold by the time the re-ordered toast arrives (five minutes later).

We aren't fussy but this did annoy us as we were in transit on each occasion with limited time. I don't like to be negative but we though there should have been at least an apology, each time.

A really delightful cafe with a delicious range of home made produce to choose from..Very popular with locals so it can be difficult to get a table at busy periods. I love the chowder here but the home made apple and sausage rolls are a personal favourite.

Unsmiling staff is not the way to go. Just had a coffee and cake. Coffee was lovely...cake...I dread to think how long that was sitting in the fridge. It was too chilled and hard.
