The staff here at Lumina Point was very welcoming, and everyone always had a smile on their face, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff with a cocktail beverage and were guided to the concierge department to check in. Our first day we viewed the beautiful property and scenery, and ate lunch at the lookout where I had the best grouper sandwich in my entire life. My husband ate the conch salad and loved it. After the Reservation and Marketing coordinator, Lindsay, referred us to coastline adventures we went swimming with the pigs. My husband and I will defiantly be coming back!

The grouper sandwich is definitely a favorite on the menu! Swimming with the pigs is an excursion that everyone loves, and that is why we recommend it to guests! This resort is incredibly breathtaking! My family and I vacationed here last week and received remarkable service. From the kind employees, to the food, to the beautiful views, my expectations were fulfilled. The size of the resort is ideal because it is not too overwhelming. If you want a relaxing and peaceful vacation then go to Lumina Point to enjoy! We loved the beautiful scenery and the prompt transportation to and from Georgetown. We will be back in a few months! I definitely recommend this as a vacation spot.

Room Tip: We chose the Elizabeth Harbour room so I definitely recommend!! The views are remarkable.

First of all, the staff meets you at the dock with a cool refreshing drink...very nice!
The room is nicely appointed with a king bed and double doors opening to a beautiful view of water and palm trees. The beach is very nice and you can snorkel right off the beach. The guys manning the beach hut Donavan and Sammajah were so nice with info of where to kayak too, really nice guys!
The Beacon restaurant was very good. It is the only restaurant in the resort. The complimentary breakfast was quite good...just enough to fuel you for the day. Megan,Winfield and Sheppard where always welcoming in the morning. Dinner could be inside or ona lovely outdoor patio. We had awesome service from Cleo’s and Romeo...such nice guys! My only regret is not having a place to pick up a snack or drink

Room Tip: Outdoor shower is awesome

We recently revisited this restaurant after a year away. We knew that the original manager had left, but hoped that everything would be as good as before. We were immediately uneasy as the boat was a half hour late to pick us up at Government Dock. When we got to the resort, the nice hilltop restaurant was shut. Moreover, the inside restaurant was way overbooked. After making a fuss, we were seated but it took a while to get things organised.

The food was never the high point at Lumina Point, but it seemed not as good as before. Since the credit card machine wasn’t working we paid cash and then took the resort boat ( no delay thus time) back over the harbour. The fact that the boat had no lights made the ride very frightening for some on board.

The service all night was pleasant enough and our food came pretty quickly. Its just a shame that the organization around the restaurant has failed.

A very good chief (every plate is excellent) and beautiful beaches.
For the rest, the bedroom is much too small, the staff never smiles (except a woman at the conciergerie), he doesn't communicate, he doesn't propose neither advise anything.
Diving experience booked via the hotel has been bad, car renting experience via the hotel has been bad also.

Room Tip: Our room was so small that we couldn't move inside.
