This place was such a blessing. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, living room, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Well worth the price and close to Disneyland. They have a shuttle to/from park (3.50 Euros) round trip. Will definitely stay again...

Stayed here as a group of 7 friends, and loved the place. We had 2 bedroom townhouse with studio attached. Plenty of space and really well kept.

Only thing that's made me mark it down was a poor experience with restaurant. At market it's €9 for a small frozen pizza but they will cook on site for take away. Was told to go to restaurant as it's fresh. Woman at restaurant rudely told me to go back to market as restaurant uses same shop bought frozen pizza and They charge €16 for a pizza (you can get this brand in supermarket for £2.) Came across that she didn't want to deal with me asking for take away pizzas. Sean in market was very helpful and cooked up 5 pizzas for us and was a lot politer than restaurant.

But didn't spoil our stay at all and will happily return.

On our first trip to France we decided to stay outside of Paris. The Marriott was available through our timeshare and was a great value. We arrived later in the evening and found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in with no issues and had dinner at the restaurant before heading to our room. The dinner was good and in the price range we'd expected for a hotel restaurant. This was the only meal we ate at the hotel so I can't comment on the breakfast or lunch they offer. After dinner we went to our room which was a 2 bedroom at the end of the complex. It was a bit of a walk and because it had been raining we did not take the dirt path which makes the walk a little shorter. We were able to find the room easily and were happily surprised at the quality. The hotel was two stories with the kitchen, a small bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry on the first floor. The space was comfortable and the only drawback was the couch in the living area was a bit uncomfortable. Other than the couch the first floor was nicely laid out. In the kitchen they provided all the necessities you would need to cook in the unit. The hotel provided a couple days worth of coffee and tea as well as a laundry detergent for one cycle. The upstairs of the unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom had a king size bed with a private bathroom and was overlooking the golf course. The bedroom had a dresser, TV, sitting area and a good sized closet with a small safe you could use for valuables. The bathroom was a good size and had a bathtub / shower combination. The second bedroom was equally nice with two twin beds a closet and television. The second bathroom was stand alone and had a toilet, sink and full size shower. Overall the unit was nice, clean and everything was in good working order.

One thing I believe could be improved was the selection and availability of things to watch on the television. I believe they made a good attempt to have channels for the different nationalities that stay in the hotel, however the channels were limited and I believe they could improve in that area. With that said, I will give them a bonus star for what they are trying to do. To start, the WiFi on the property is fast enough to stream movies, you tube, surf the internet, etc. I found the coverage was very good and I had signal from our room at the end of the property until i walked around the bend towards the guard shack. I had to talk about the WiFi before I explained what they were implementing. On the 5th night of our 7 night stay I turned on the TV and saw an option titled Chromecast. This option was not there the days before so I wanted to see what it was. I have an Android phone so I am able to stream content from my phone to the TV through a Chromecast at home. I was unable to log into the Chromecast and couldn't get the system to work even with some tricks I knew. In the end I contacted the front desk to ask about the issue. The desk sent a technician to my room and although he didn't speak much english I was able to deduce through Google translate that it was a brand new system and was not fully online yet. The technician left and a short time after the technician and a supervisor knocked on the door. The supervisor spoke english well and explained that the technician wanted to make sure I understood the issue and was happy with his answers. I appreciated the extra effort he went through to make sure we were happy and with his service. In the end, I applaud Marriott for trying to stay with the times and although they do not have a great deal of content on the TV, the ability to use quality WiFi and stream from your own device will greatly improve the guest's options for what to watch.

As for the rest of the staff, we found everyone we encountered from the cleaning staff, front desk, maintenance, store clerk, restaurant and concierge to be very polite and helpful. Overall they provided a great experience.

A couple things about the resort. The amenities were very nice and well kept. There was an indoor pool and spas. They had a men's and women's locker room which both had bathrooms, lockers, showers a steam room and sauna. The main lobby area had a well appointed gym, an internet / business area, an arcade for the kids and a separate kids area. I am sure there were more places, but I am only commenting on the areas I explored. The store at the hotel is well stocked and has pretty much all you would need, but you will pay for it. Our recommendation is to go to the market that is a short walk away and you will be able to get all the things you need for your stay. The store is convenient for incidentals, but too expensive for a bigger shopping trip. The area where the market is located has a couple restaurants, a bakery, fruit market and a butcher shop.

The last thing I would cover is the transportation in the area. The hotel offers pickup and drop off from CDG airport where we flew into, but it was expensive. The hotel was charging 100 euro each direction for the trip. I looked at several options and although the train (RER) seemed easy, I did not want to chance anything with my lack of knowledge in the area. I did a little research and found that Super Shuttle was a great option and had good reviews. I booked with them and was able to get a round trip from the hotel to the airport and back for around 85 euro. The price covered a private van and was good for a total of 1-4 people. Super Shuttle did a great job and sent texts to my phone for check in and updates. The driver's also texted me directly and I had a great experience with the service. We also used the Marriott shuttle to go to Disneyland and it was 3.50 euro per person round trip. The price wasn't bad, but once we figured out the public transport and route of bus line 34 we used it instead. One thing the concierge told us about was the RER pass. For 28 euro you can buy a pass that is good for the RER, buses and subways all through the area and Paris. The pass must be bought at the train station and is good from Monday to Sunday only so if you arrive mid week you would need to buy it twice if you wanted to use it. We arrived on a Friday and didn't buy it until Monday morning, but the pass was a great value and we used it multiple times as we went on the buses and back and forth from the resort to Paris. The last thing we learned about transportation is that taxis are expensive and Uber is great. We booked a trip to the beaches of Normandy through the concierge and had to be in Paris by 0630. The RER will get you in the area in time, but if there are any delays in the line you wouldn't make it. The recommendation was that we take a taxi and the cost was approximately 100 euro to get there. We were told the return trip would be no issue on the train, but to be safe it's best to take other transport there in the morning. I had looked up Uber prior to tour trip and found they did operate in France. I started to look at the ap and found there were usually an average of 5 Uber cars in the area of Disneyland and the hotel at any given time. We ended up booking through Uber and the trip was less than 60 euro to get to the tour drop off in the morning. The experience was much better than a taxi and quite a bit cheaper as well.

Overall it was a great experience and I hope this review helps answer some questions traveler's may have.

My husband and I stayed with 3 college-aged children. Our 2 bedroom suite had a full kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms, king sized bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds pushed together in the second bedroom and a couch bed in the living room/dining room.

We were contacted in advance by the resort asking what type of room we wanted, near children’s play area, near clubhouse, near lake etc. We indicated that we wanted to be near the lake and later indicated that we wanted a quiet room. We were quite pleased with our unit. I had forgotten to request a feather free room but the bedding/pillows were quickly swapped out our first night.

We speak only a small amount of French as this trip was scheduled a few months before our trip. We were able to check in completely in English. We were also provided with bus/train information, and restaurant information in English.

We purchased a 4 day Paris museum pass upon arrival at Orly airport. This pass allows you to skip the line at most museums. We went to Arc d’triomphe, the louvre, Picasso museum, and many others with this pass. Please check the museum closed days before heading to the museum (for example the louvre is closed Tuesday). We purchased Disney park tickets ahead of time on-line which was much cheaper than the concierge desk or Disney as the tickets were purchased in dollars not euros.

We drove to Paris 2 days and then purchased a Navigo pass for about 28 euros each. This pass is good for zones 1-5. Disney train station (the closer one to Marriott is in zone 5). The check-in desk was kind enough to photocopy our passport pictures for the pass, you can do this at home ahead of time also. It takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to get to Paris. We used the train and bus 34 to the L’Orme bus stop (Marriott entrance) to go to Paris after the first 2 days as it was more relaxing to sit on the bus/train than sit in traffic. The bus to the train station (also Disney Parks is across the street from the Marriott) the bus home drops you off on the Marriott side of the street. To get to the train station when you get off the bus you have to go through the Disney security and leave Disney security. There was road construction going on so I am not sure if this was normal.

The resort provided recommended parking garages in Paris. The one we parked at was very expensive. The resort also provided a list of local restaurants which we found very helpful. We went to several restaurants on the list and we were pleased with all of them.

The resort sold multiday museum passes and several passes to specific museums. I did not purchase any so I am not sure about the prices. We rented bikes at the Marriott (through a 3rd party) and ride the bikes to the mall. We walked 6 to 11 miles per day during our days in Paris and Disney parks so the bike ride was pretty exhausting even though it was only about 2 miles each way. The mall was a great place you get a baguette (Paul is my favorite prepared food chain in France) and we even purchased some dessert to eat back at our unit (banana-chocolate tartlet - from the shop across from Paul was amazing)

Near our unit we had several cats (very cute), 2 geese and 2 ducks. All of these animals would come right over if we sat outside. We did not feed them as we only ate pastries at our unit and I don’t think those are very healthy for cats or ducks.

Resort was quite nice. Staff were very friendly. Bikes were available for rent. The pool area was nice. Easy walk to bus stop. We took bus 34 to and from the Marne-la-vallee train station at Disney Paris. The train into Paris was easy. We purchased Navigo passes for week which run Monday to Sunday and are good for all of the trains and buses. The resort made photo copies of our passport photos for the Navigo passes. The Disney passes available at concierge desk were better prices than we could get ahead of time online. The town of Bailly-Romainvilliers was an easy walk and had a market and couple of patisserie’s in it. One was open early and a fancier one opened later. Both were outstanding. We would attempt to use our rudimentary French and most people would then pick up or reply in English. Everyone in town was pretty friendly. Our kids tried and enjoyed the Indian Restaurant in town Warsi and said it was quite reasonable and good.
