Arrived early afternoon with so much excitement as I had never been to a Center Parc before but my family had, there were 4 adults and 2 children. The house looked lovely on arrival but gardens around it were very overgrown, unpacked and noticed floor was very dusty as was under beds but just sorted and went for a walk around. It was all terribly overgrown and around shop and cafe area there were several piles of dog mess. We went swimming the next day and had a great time, lovely pool, slides etc inside and out. We went to the park for the children and it was closed for maintenance in fact it was closed for the 3 days we were there. Went to pool again the next day and it was closed as there was no water in the pools, were told it would open at 1pm, went back and was told it would open at 5pm but it didn’t open at all that day. Went to reception with most of the other guests and was told that there would be some compensation and someone would call within 5 days which no one did, when my husband finally got through he was told there was no compensation as the pool opened at 1pm which it did not. Other activities did not open until 2pm and some at 4pm it was an absolute shambles and we will never return to this place. It is a shame it is so overgrown with weeds etc as it could be absolutely beautiful.

We stayed for 1 week. It was not good. House (cocoon vip) was not clean. Dirty towels, no kitchen equipment, ... We stayed with ypung childeren and baby. There are no services for them. No place to heat baby bottle or baby food. Evrything is far away from the house. No good restaurants. Never again. Not a place to go with childeren.

Dear Nathalie,

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience about your stay at Villages Nature® Paris.

We are sorry that your first time in our park was not that satisfying despite all the efforts made to correct the failures you faced and that we talked about when we met in the Ferme BelleVie and in your cottage. We do know how much it is important for our guests to enjoy a comfortable, clean and warm accommodation and our maintenance and cleaning teams work every day to offer you these standards usually praised by our guests. We are surprised however that the equipment in your cottage didn’t pleased you. It is generally appreciated by our visitors and equals what you can find in the best Center Parcs.

Just like the other Center Parcs, Villages Nature® Paris is perfectly adapted for families with young children. Everything is designed for their pleasure, then I sincerely apologize if you didn’t find or enjoy our services, such as :

- Baby bed and high chair in all accommodation, baby bath on demand
- High chairs in all restaurants, parks and in the entire Aqualagon
- 4 pools for babies and young children
- All the baby products (including food) available in our supermarket Franprix
- Baby Swimmer activity
- Baby Club with specialized nursemaids
- And even an activity where you learn how to massage your baby, thanks to our partner Deep Nature® Spa

Villages Nature® Paris is indeed a great destination in the middle of a wonderful Nature conceived to celebrate the harmony between Man and Nature though multiple experiences proposed to our guests. Although it is less spread than the majority of the Center Parcs, it proposes the same ways to move and visit our location : bicycles for hire, e-bikes, golf carts and some new means coming soon! You can also use our unique electric shuttle at Villages Nature® Paris, connecting the entrance of all the cottages lot to our main facilities, comfort guaranteed.

We hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you again in our park and then convince you of all of our assets.

Kind regards,

Villages Nature® Paris Team

We stayed at village natures for 1 week in June (4 adults, a 3 year old and 9 month). We stayed in a VIP cocoon lodge which was very spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable, lovely big jet bath and powerful showers, high chair and cot provided for our baby. The lodge overlooked the lake and although there wasn't any gate to stop the children going to the edge... there was a fair distance compromising of weeds and nettles so they wouldn't of gone towards it by themselves and were always supervised anyway so not a problem for us. The only thing that would be helpful is internal locks, we had to block the door with a pushchair to stop our 3 year old letting himself out the front door.

The swimming pool and facilities are all brilliant, very clean and the locker system works well.

The farm is free and the kids loved going to see the animals and the play area is huge and very entertaining for hours.

The on site bakery is great for fresh bread and the supermarket has all basic requirements. We only ate at Vapiano, previous reviews have complained about the ordering process but they have listened and now changed the way they do it, the food is delicious.

None of us got bitten once, just use repellent and keep windows closed.

We drove to Disney twice (10 mins drive) and Val d Europe shopping centre for food and supermarket also 10 minutes.

We would definitely return.

We have decided to leave two days earlier than planned because it is just that bad...

We rented a vip cocoon. They tell you it’s the most exclusive option until you arrive at a very dirty room that is very far from the entertainment area (not walking distance for small children). The also don’t warn you about the killer mosquitoes you face at night :(

There are many things that made this a bad experience. The service was poor across the board. Whether you are shopping, in a restaurant or just trying to get through to Reception.

Outrageously priced shops and restaurants I can almost live with but indifferent staff that really don’t care totally ruins the stay.

We used this resort as a base for Disneyland. I would suggest rather staying in the Disneyland park because this is not a convenient base.

In summary, there is nothing going for this place except the concept. You get sold a dream but delivered a nightmare.

Just back from our holiday at Villages Nature and we had a fantastic time, recommend to anyone especially with children. We stayed here for 7 nights in June 2018 (family of 4 with 2 pre-school children). We have stayed at UK Centerparcs several times and Villages Nature is even better quality (although cheaper), the variety of areas to visit, the attention to detail and the proximity to Disneyland Paris are all excellent. I have no doubt that we will return.

We flew to CDG airport with Easyjet and booked a private transfer with Prestige (EUR70 each way). They provided children’s car seats and were really efficient.

Best bits:
1) The Aqualagon pool is fantastic and huge! Family changing rooms, lockers operated by wristbands, kids life vests supplied (no towels). Outdoor pool is almost as big as indoor with lazy river and kids shallow area. Waterslides are great for adults and older kids.
2) The indoor play area at Ferme Bellevie is great, a big clean area with slides, climbing frames, trampolines, games, ball pool, really interesting play area. And parents can sit in the nice (but expensive) café selling nice coffees, cakes, fresh juices. Nice outdoor seating area too.
3) Play area at Foret des Legendes is huge and kept our children amused for ages. Really high slides and rope bridges, death slide and climbing ropes. Toilets on site and picnic area.
4) Several little play areas dotted around which are not on the map but nice for variety.
5) Beach area is not easy to find but has about 20 sun loungers next to the lake and was a nice spot if the sun shines.
6) Bakery sells nice fresh bread every morning.

We stayed in the most basic cottage (Clan Comfort) and hired a golf buggy to get around as the site is really big and spread out. Next time I would pay extra to hire a more central cottage/apartment rather than hire the buggy I think. Accommodation near the beach would be perfect (Country Premium apartments numbered 4XXX).

We hired a boat (EUR20 for 30 mins) which was ok but a bit boring because you can only take it around a small space in the lake. We didn’t do any other paid activities (bowling, kids club, art activities etc) as there was enough to do without them.

We took the number 47 bus to Disney (EUR2 per person each way) which took about 25 mins, easy journey and drops you at the train station next to Disney (you could get the train to central Paris from there). And the same No 47 bus stops at ‘Lac’ where there is a big shopping mall (Val d’Europe), outlet mall (La Vallee Village) and supermarket, restaurants too.

Areas for improvement:
1) There seem to be 2 entrances, east and west. East is for private cars and West is for public transport, taxis etc. Sat nav takes you to the East entrance so our Uber driver dropped us there and it cost us a EUR30 tip to get him to take us around to the other entrance :( Signs from the main roads outside are not clear, one roundabout has 2 exits both signposted Villages Nature!
2) Signs inside Villages Nature are also not very clear, it takes a few days to get your bearings. The map provided at check in is not readable although the one on the app is a bit better. The laundry area is almost impossible to find!
3) We ate at the Pur restaurant, Chez Meunier Bakery and the Pool café, all were very expensive and served microwaved/reheated food which was disappointing. Didn’t try Vapiano because of previous reviews that service was slow and food was not prepared at the same time. There were also a few burger/take away vans but it wasn’t clear when they opened so we couldn’t plan to eat there. Supermarket was expensive but quite well stocked so we cooked for ourselves most evenings, and visited the restaurants at the Val d’Europe mall too. A better selection of restaurants and consistent take away options would be good.
4) Our cottage was quite well stocked but did not have an oven, the microwave doubles as an oven/grill but is not very effective (we tried to crisp up some bread and it turned to rock!)

Overall we had a fantastic break at Villages Nature and will definitely plan to return again. It would be ideal for anyone visiting Disney if you also want to combine it with some holiday down time.
