My company is out in this area a few times a year and myself and coworkers would rather drive the extra distance just to stay at the cove. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the new cooks are simply amazing! We will definitely be back in the future. I personally will be driving the two hours from home to bring my family for an amazing meal here at Fishermans Cove!

We try to go to the cove once through the winter on a snowmobile trip. The rooms are clean however could use a slight update. The bar/resturant has a very relaxing atmosphere, a small town feel to it. Staff are friendly and as accommodating as they can be. If your not into snowmobiling you can go x-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing or just go for a hike through the provincial park. Beautiful scenic area.

In the summer the lake is either a walk or a quick drive away, where you can spend the day boating, swimming fishing or just sunning yourself. Also 18 hole golf course minuites away as well as the nearest town has a beautiful 9 hole golf course. There are many quadding and hiking trails in the area.
Don't be surprised to see an abudance of wildlife in the area so remember to bring your camera.

If your an outdoorsy person without all the bells and whistles, this is the place for you.
