Finally took time off to bring the missus for our mini-moon after getting married for 4 months. We were located on the 2nd level first room upon entering the doorway. There were many kids running and screaming as they passed our room so we called to request for a change as I'm a very light sleeper.

Champ from the front office serve us with positive attitude and got a room for us to change the next day on a higher level room. This property has a private beach just a stone throw away. Swimming pool looks good and definitely feels great to soak the morning away.

However, there are complains which I won't be listing here but have already informed and emailed them accordingly. Let's hope they brush up their service standard as I'm looking forward to visit there again soon.

I spent 1 week in this hotel. It's located very close to Patong but in a very nice place.
The hotel has a private beach in a bay. The only people you meet are clients of the the hotel. No noise at all. There are 9 restaurants and bar, the quality of the food was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean. The staff are very friendly and polite. Also the drinks were very good. The shuttle takes 10 minutes to Patong. No problems at all, I recommend this hotel.

Room tip: I had sea view deluxe room

Loved the resort and all the activities that one can participate in or choose not to. The beach is also the nicest I saw in Phuket and private. The hotel was sold out and it certainly didn't feel like it. Two issues that prevent the 5th star. 1) they have to do something about people putting towels out at the crack of dawn and coming back 6 hours later. You'll walk out to breakfast and see a sea of yellow pool towels on the best chairs with no one in them. They need to be removed to prevent the problem. 2) The pool is amazing, but why in the world would they make it 6 ft 6in deep?! You have a massive pool that nobody can stand in. It's supposed to be a 'lagoon' but its just looked at as everyone congregates on the stairs because they can't touch the bottom. At least lower the water level a foot so people can touch the bottom and use the entire pool.

Dear 'worldtravelerz2016'

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to know that you enjoyed the secluded beach. I do agree that this beach is arguable amongst the best on the island and certainly offers more privacy compared to other public beaches on the island. The normal procedure is for our associates to clear off loungers around the pool when unoccupied for an hour. Clearly we need to do a more consistent effort implementing this. I have shared your feedback with the team. The resort has four oversized swimming pools with varying depths. Swimming pools on the Mali side has a shaded wading pool for kids, and pools that are between 4-6 feet deep only. Many thanks for staying with us and we hope that you will return soon. We wish you pleasant journeys.

Kind regards,
