Simple place with traditional italian cuisine from the area. The appetizers were great, we are still thinking about the crostini with mushrooms and cheese. Hope to be able to come back soon.

Amazing restaurant featuring the famous porcini mushrooms that abound in that area. Just allow the waiter to order you up several courses. Imaginative uses and delicious. Probably the best restaurant in that neck of the woods. They will sell you mushrooms and will shrink wrap them for USA entry .

If you like mushrooms get on down to this understated family run restaurant near Corchia. I had a mixed starter. The freshness and crispness of the crostini was wonderfully complemented by the fluffy rich texture of the tasty souffle. For first plate I had a generous helping of nettle tagliolini with Spec and the local speciality of truffles. This is one of the local restaurant with permission to sell truffles. This was a visual and gastronomic delight. Absolutely wonderful blend of flavours. People travel to Manubiola for miles around for its truffle and wild boar dishes. I was not able to get to second plate though I would have loved to. Instead we moved onto desert. I had a a chestnut and nut semi-frozen desert in a bed of sharon fruit sauce. A thoroughly enjoyable finish to an amazing meal. I would definitely go back again.

Is not the first time a go there.
I can advise the mixed starters. simply the best. Mushrooms are really fresh and well done. I prefer instead the 3 mushrooms just the fried ones.
pasta is always good and guanciale with mushrooms was faboulous

One of my very favourite restaurant, where you can taste amazing dishes made with porcini mushroom and some other delicious options. Don't miss the crostini ai funghi porcini as a starter, they are themselves worth the trip! As main it's difficult to recommend what to choose as everything is outstanding - my hits are tagliolini con speck, porcini e tartufi, tortelli alle erbe e crespelle ai funghi...but whatever you will go for, you won't be disappointed!
