The Guesthouse is amazingly situated, close to all the nearby restaurants and nightlife. Our room was cozy and very beautifully decorated. Hester and her husband are friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Parys!!!
We received a friendly welcome from the owner on arrival. The rooms are beautifully decorated, art inspired, fully equipped with the basic needs - a home away from home! Centrally located from the main streets, shops and restaurants. The braai area is a wonderful add on (in the middle of the courtyard), especially for groups who wish to stay in and enjoy a festive together.
The only negative feedback we have: Unfortunately some of the rooms were newly painted. Others experienced low/cold showers after 22h00 and were kept awake by noisy neighbors during the early hours of the morning - it effected our overall sleep quality.
We had a very short, 1 night stay but the experience was wonderful. It was walking distance to everything, the hosts were friendly and very helpful.
It was clean and the beds were very comfortable with electric blankets and a heater to keep us warm.
We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful, beautiful place.
The host and hostess are kind and very helpful (They felt like family the day we had to leave). The guest house is walking distance to all shops you would need. Our room was very neat and gets cleaned daily. The design of the room is breathtaking! We had a romantic weekend with no worries or interruptions. The entire guest house rooms where fully booked but we felt like the only people there, its amazingly private.
We arrived on a Friday night and was greeted by both the host and hostess, they are friendly lovely people, they showed us our room and we could unpack and relax. The next day i went out to have a smoke and again we had a lovely chat with the hosts, (they made sure that we are happy and enjoying yourself). Sunday we had to greet and leave that beautiful place, it felt like we disappeared from reality for a weekend. The hosts felt like family.
I would recommend anyone having to stay in Parys to contact this facility. You will not be disappointed!
