No radio or tv in room. I would have liked some basic cutlery and perhaps a small plate for a sandwich and bowl to have my cereal in the morning as no meals are included in price. Very neat rooms with communal tv area.

We were well received, and found the accommodation everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and well situated. It is close to the restaurants, and for our purposes ideal.We will certainly visit again.

The reason for no TV's in the rooms is because our guests love the peace and tranquility at Rose Acres.
We are not a self catering guest house but if we knew that you need utensils or plates we would definitely assist you with pleasure.

We enjoy staying at Rose Acres. Comfortable rooms, great beds and non interfering hosts. The hosts make sure that they are able to accommodate your needs even when you arrive with a caravan which needs to be parked off-road!

What a wonderful overnight stay we had at Rose Acres. Rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Safe and secure parking. Lovely little courtyard with quaint chairs and tree swing. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Love the little chapel they have built on their property. They are doing a lot of renovations and can't wait to see the outcome one day. Very centrally situated and close to all the restaurants. Highly recommended and will definitely be back when passing that way again.

Lovely hosts. lovely guesthouse.
Great location, walking distance to all the best restaurants.
Crisp linen.
Beautiful braai area & outside seating area with a tree swing
Rooms are tastefully decorated.

The rooms are all beautiful and clean, very well equiped and we had a wonderful stay this weekend. Very friendly owners with a lot of recommendations on where to go. We felt at home and safe within the gates of the guest house
