The garden and the pool side it’s not bad, but the hotel and the room’s maximum 3 stars.! The restaurant selection is very pool and not so tasty! When we arrive they give is a “A REALLY NICE SUIT” but it’s like from 1980….! There was mold everywhere in the bathroom! The rooms and bedding had a musty smell! They were helpful, but it was the third room in which we no longer found mold in the bathroom….! So, this hotel is so far from the 5 star level…..! The beach is not child friendly, you take two steps and the water is up to your neck, and it was really dirty, they don't pick up the trash often.. of course, this is not only their fault, but also that of the guests staying here………….

I visited your hotel for the first time with my 2 children. We absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed we loved the pools and slides and access to the beach was easy. The animation team were fantastic they are a fab bunch we like the evening shows and music. They got my daughter and myself up at times to dance. Everything was perfect after our holiday was cancelled by Tui last minute and should have been in Egypt. The hotels surroundings were stunning and the full place was spotless clean. Mr Kadir took great care of us and we will be back next year! Highly recommend the place for all ages and all family’s. Thank you xx

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the entertainment team were very good and kept my 12 year old happy, and the restaurants had a good selection of healthy food and treats.
I loved the views from the a la carte restaurants and the service.
The rooms are what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel and the room service is good, refilling the mini bar everyday free of charge.
I’ve been told the hotel is being bought after this season, hopefully the new owners don’t change too much as the service and value for money was very good and I would defiantly come back next year.
