This hotel has a great first appeal with its large and spacious reception area, apparently clean rooms. We had the bungalow before the one next to the sushi restaurant.
If you ever get to book in this hotel, make sure you request the wing away from the landing/take off strip of the airport. We were at mostly 100 m bird's eye away.
But his was not our biggest disappointment, it was the house keeping. We could notice our bathroom was barely cleaned, and on the last day we even called to complain only to be replied that the housekeeping lady said she cleaned the room. To which I replied "she needs training then". Hang up. Not even bothered to send someone to check.
That night, she had left the towels on the ironing table at the entrance, not ironed and a bit humid. Hair was still visible around the toilet seat.
It was paradoxical as the ladies a the reception were nice and very helpful, so were the concierge. A smile would have helped but it seems so rare in Greece
Having said this, the toilet seats were broken, a mixer in one of shower too and could not be hanged, furniture quite old and so on...
All in all, more likely a 3 stars than a 5.More
