THIS IS A PERSONAL TESTAMENT REGARDING THE ABOVE PROPERTY.
My husband and I are in our late sixties and spent a week in June staying in the above property.
The island itself is delightful with a relaxed atmosphere, lots of opportunities to enjoy the wonderful scenery either by walking or car.
There are beautiful beaches on the island, the closest is about ½ mile away at the bottom of a hill. If you are a keen walker it is a lovely walk. If however you find walking a problem or you have little ones we would recommend hiring a car.
There are local restaurants in the village where you will find a warm welcome with a variety of menus including excellent local dishes beautifully prepared.
The property is on the edge of a quiet village and has adequate parking adjacent to the apartment. You walk through an archway with a beautiful vine growing overhead which leads to an open courtyard. There are steps up to the apartment with a veranda running the length of the building where we enjoyed our breakfasts and a glass of wine enjoying the warmth of the evening. The location is very rural and peaceful with beautiful plants and trees surrounding the buildings.
The inside of the property is very well maintained with everything you need to self cater if that is your choice. As you enter there is a large lounge which leads you into a corridor which has a separate kitchen next to the lounge. The bathroom and bedrooms all of a good size,
are further down the corridor.
Would we go again? Without doubt one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had without any problems.
