We visited the hotel last week for my birthday and we were so pleased we did. The hotel staff are brilliant especially the waiting staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. The room was lovely and the choice of pools was fabulous. Used the spa on my birthday and was given a discount to celebrate, this was then topped off by a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered (unexpectedly) to my room in the evening. Highly recommend.

hotel located in a very good place with great views, the hotel offers customers very good conditions, great organization and food, it is a place to come back to, the place met my expectations and I am happy with my stay I didn't find any negative conclusions while being there

I have just returned from a week away and wanted rest and relaxation and I got just that. I was in an apartment room really a family room with a balcony. My balcony offered me sea glimpses and I didn't care because just a few steps and you stand at the edge of the Mediterranean . Sun rise one morning was an almost spiritual moment. The storm one night was amazing and the sun shone every day.
The staff go to great lengths to oblige, inform and assist any outing any guest has in mind and I have had lifts into the village on two occasions. Amazing.
The food was so varied for both breakfast and dinner that I challenge anyone to say they didn't like it. I have so may moments to mention but my favourite was a lunch on the cafeteria terrace. Tuna salad. In the sun. In the open air. In October. I loved it. I cannot comment on the daily and nightly entertainment for adults and for children as that isn't what I went for but the Bingo in three languages and with intermezzo dance must have been fun for young and old. The laughter was infectious.
I saw an adder on a walk basking in the sun and flamingos on my trip to the mussel farm.
I honestly didn't want to come home.
There were things which others might miss but my week was utter bliss. Thank you to all the staff.

The holiday as a whole has been absolutely fantastic. The hotel have been so helpful through the whole stay. Saving us from walking at 10pm by getting Richard one of the workers to pick us up from the station! All the staff have been great. Big shout out to David on reception he is a great asset to the business!!!!!

I'll start with 2 "negatives" - unfortunately my youngest cut his foot on the corner of a step in one of the pools on our 3rd day. The life guard was very helpful and organised transport to go to the local Medical Centre.
The other negative (for some) - its not an English speaking hotel, therefore sometimes it was difficult to communicate. Having said that, ALL the staff were extremely helpful and we certainly didn't feel disadvantaged at all.
Positives - Location was amazing, stunning views and with wall to wall sunshine. The reception area itself looked slightly dated, however the whole resort was spotless. We stayed in an Apartment which was roomy, well designed with very good AC!
The pools are a little smaller than we expected, but we didn't struggle to find sun beds. The food and drink was brilliant, I must give a special shout out to Ali and all of the staff working in the restaurant and bars. Great service. Thank you
We ventured down to the beaches a couple of times, they are pebbled beaches.
All in all - a fantastic 7 nights stay in a well organised and managed hotel. I would certainly recommend for both families (including small children) and or couples. Something for everyone. Thank you Ohtel Les Oliveres!
