We (to families, total of 4 adults and 4 children) stayed 3 weeks at Thong Nai Pan Estate during February 2013. We spend half of the time in Villa B and half of the time in Villa C. Both villas are super and we could easily stay 8 people in both f the villas. The pool is amazing with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The beach is app. 300 meters down a very steep road and – if travelling with small children - we definitely recommend to rent Geir ’s golf car (if available) in order to transport children and beach stuff back and forth to the beach. Norwegian Geir, the manager of TNP Estate, is very helpful and always came on short notice if there was a problem with something in the house. Geir also regularly offers to buy groceries etc. from Tongsala (main town on Koh Phangan app. 30 minutes drive from TNP) on a regular basis. We definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay at TNP Estate again in the future.

We traveled and stayed on Ko Phangan island as a group of 2 families with 5 children of age 7, 8, 10, 12, 13. It was a really relaxing and nice time for all of us. Geir (the house manager) was very helpfull and everything we asked he provide or organized for us as requested. The house is loicated on a steep hill but without any problems we were able to walk up or down and even for smallest children it was not an issue.

We rented one of these two amazing villas at Thong Nai Pan Estate. We stayed for 2 weeks,8 persons/ friends and family. The houses are located on the top of the hill, with a spectacular view over the intense blue color of the gulf of Thailand. .The view to the east, from the fantastic svimmingpool was also amazing. We arrived 28.12 and the 3 first nights there was a scenary of thunderstorm and heavy rain.Lucky us, to be situated in a new spacy, deliciuos an comfortable luxurious house. Just call one of the restauant on the beach and they will bring you exellent takeaway, delivered by taxi at the door! We spent new years Eve on beach and had a fantastic show of the local fireworks.
If there was any problem, Geir, the manager, wuld be there right away, with more drinking water, difficulties with internett, floating mattresses etc. Just perfect.
The steep hill from the beach up to the house was challening for the older people, but no problem if you rent the roomy golfcar.
We rented a small truck with plenty of space for 8 people, 2 inside and 6 on the back. We travelled around the fantastic island, visiting small hidden beaches, did elephant trekking, zipline and the girls went shopping in Thong Sala.
We recommend to hire a car, because n this way you will get a lot more unforgetable memories from Koh Pangan.
All the people we met, at beaches, restaurants, massage and in the shops, were very helpful, smiling and warm...
We recommend Ton Nai Pan Estate, to everyone we talk to and to all Thailand visitors who is reading this. Geir, see you, we vill be back.
PS We never tyed the fullmoonparty. Maybe we are too old.

We rented this villa for a week for a group of eight.
The house is located in the hill above TNP Yai - the balcony looks down onto the beach, whereas the pool looks south over the China Sea.
It's quite a steep hill to climb up, but made much easier when you have a few cocktails in you from one of the many beach bars :-)
There is a large golf cart available to rent from the owner for a small charge, which I'd recommend (not least of which because it's lots of fun!)
The house is of excellent quality - plenty of space, very comfortable, with air conditioning in all rooms. A beautiful view over the beach below.
The enormous infinity pool is really the jewel in the crown of this place - it's a really big, deep (2.2m at its deepest) pool, with spa attached. Lots of comfy loungers around. The view is terrific. We spent a very large amount of our holiday just lounging and swimming.
The village and surrounding area is awesome. There are lots of little food outlets and bars. TNP Yai (where the house is located) is a bit quieter and less touristy than TNP Noi, the other beach, which is 5mins drive away. Yai has a few wee convenience stores, including a 7/11. Noi on the other hand is also a beautiful beach area, and has more choice in restaurants, massage houses etc.
There isn't a full supermarket anywhere close, but the owner, Gier, was extremely helpful throughout our trip - I can't thank him enough. He offered to do a shopping trip to the supermarket for us, and all the food we requested was in the house on our arrival. He was around daily to clean the pool and make sure we didn't have any problems. He was also helpful in terms of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. At the end of our trip he even drove us to the ferry at Thong Sala.
I would highly recommend TNP Estate as one of the best holidays I've ever had - will be very keen for a repeat visit sometime soon!
