The location of Villa Yiannoula is perfect for anyone wanting to be next to the town, shops, bars, and restaurants and yet still having views of the sea, mountains and port. We enjoyed our breakfast up on the top balcony, admiring the views every morning. We never got tired of those!! Beautiful. Apart from the top balcony, there is also a lower balcony coming off of the lounge area, plenty of room to sun bath, we also sat out at night, enjoying our drinks. Inside, there is a very substantial lounge, with two sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV and lamps and lights. Very bright and airy. ALso a dining area, with table and chairs, enough for 6 people. On the same level across the hall, is a bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one large double and the other a twin. Also on this level is a bathroom and upper balcony. It's a very good sized house, plenty of room for everyone. There is also an outside shower wet room, great fro coming off of the beach. It really is a beautiful town house, that has it all. Another added bonus is that there is parking right at the front, which to find a town house in skopelos with parking area is like gold dust. After a hard day on the beach, we certainly appreciated it!!!! The owners mother was such a lovely lady, she brought us Skopelos cheese pie, and another day Moussaka, blimey, don't get that in many holiday lets. Lovely people. Lovely house!!!!
