Stayed at Marula Place for 5 days in December with friends and also used the venue for a small private outdoor function. From the initial walk through with Anthony to checking in, felt looked after. I admit that I'm a traveler that needs that attention from my host's and don't like feeling as though I am invisible. The bnb has an amazing pool in the middle of the property that was always clean and the water was superb at night.Also a great place to socialize with the other guests. All the rooms are spacious, clean, have great bedding and the air conditioning is a must have in the kzn heat. Breakfast was always made to order and Anthony and the staff were always available if we needed anything. Price is reasonable and well worth it for the service you get.

We had a fantastic time here. Very comfortable rooms, great garden and the owner is a fantastic cook. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We arrived very late and a fantastic meal was prepared which we really enjoyed. We where ever so grateful for this late meal.Thanks Mr. Marula

Stayed for 1 night but was very noisy. Every sound found d its way to the room as the rooms are so close. On the positive note, the rooms are fairly big with TV ,bar fridge, tea and coffee and kettles in them. Would be great place for an overnight stop if the noise levels dropped.
