They have site-brewed craft beer on tap. Casual seating areas either on the main street pavement or inside or the back garden area. Pet friendly too. Pleasant staff, relaxed and friendly service. Light meals available off a small menu.

What a delightful stay! Our corner room above the front porch was airy, well appointed, and the fan was silent! The beer brewed right there is amazing, as is the homemade iced tea and the G&T. Lunch and breakfasts were delicious and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon in the well maintained pretty garden by the lap pool (with an occasional moo from the cows around the corner). Most of all, we couldn't imagine a more friendly, helpful, and talented staff - what a sincere pleasure it was to stay here - we'll definitely be back!

We got here on a Sunday afternoon and it seemed almost like a ghost town!
Most of the restaurants were closed and there were very few people around the hotel or the town. No doubt it is busy in the school holidays.

The inn was old-fashioned but comfortable. Staff are limited but the breakfast was good.
The Brewery was closed though bikes were available to hire.

We had a great experience. The service was very friendly, quick and the prices were decent. We had a lovely gin and tonic and beer tasting and two light meals which were great. Highflying recommend popping in for a good meal and a few drinks.

A friendly spot, where the staff are cheerful and the pub is great. The rooms are comfortable, if a little noisy (that overhead fan!), and the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. But for character and location, it's more than adequate. Reasonably priced, and a good breakfast thrown in!
