Absolutely gorgeous setting, right in the beach with a rowing boat & a kayak included, 1 restaurant 2 minutes walk away serves very good food, lovely views of passing ferries, boats & yachts, direct access to the sea, bbq was great local meat & salad plentiful.
One downside was that there wasn’t enough glasses or bowls to accommodate4 of us otherwise fantastic 4 days here
Had a great time here, not much to complain about. Parking is a problem and a car is necessary but worthi it to be in a property with the sea lapping at your door. 5 steps and your in the sea.

We stayed here for three nights as part of our honeymoon, and wish it could have been much longer! Eleni's boathouse is just perfection. It is beautifully and stylishly decorated and there is everything you could ever need waiting there for you. It was true bliss to lie on the day bed watching the waves crashing on the little beach when the weather was a little wild one day, and when it was calm it was amazing to swim as soon as we woke, and to snorkel and paddle about in the little boat. Honestly, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Pure magic, we really hope to return in the not too distant future.
We liked pretty much everything about the house. The furniture was practical and comfortable- we enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch while lounging on the daybed. The upstairs of the house is accessed by a ladder, which was a novelty for us, but may be a challenge for others.
The unexpected extras that were included really enhanced the stay for us. There was a good BBQ, a lighter and firelighters, oh, and a boat. Basics like olive oil, toilet paper, etc were all supplied. I really enjoyed four separate coffee pots and three jars of different types of coffee.
We visited in early summer and found camomile, mountain tea, etc all growing wild, so we made some infusions and stuff, which was fun.
Klima wouldn't be for everyone. There's a hotel behind the house were you can get dinner and a drinks. Other than that you'll need a car to go and get shopping and explore the island. Parking is a little distance away, and takes a bit of work to negotiate a narrow and steep road. You also need to walk across the beach carrying whatever you bring. Our gracious host carried a suitcase for us.
There are proper fishermen living in Klima, so we were woken fairly early by excited fishermen returning with their boats, and perhaps their catch.
The sunset and view from the front of the house is unequalled. This was the most peaceful relaxed stay I could have imaged, and it exceeded my expectations.
A really magical place to stay. This is a special place for Eleni and it shows with the love and care that has gone in to its decoration. The house had everything we needed and more.
