My companion and I went to this restaurant to try their famous Pollo al Mattone. It was a summery evening, and as we spent time there more and more young local families came to enjoy the food and the atmosphere. No one was loud, the children were well-behaved, the fathers doting, and the mothers relaxed. The food is all good. The bread and wine are served quickly, but we did not feel rushed and enjoyed the entire experience. This trattoria is quite large but cozy, informal but gracious, clean but homey.
