Loved the hotel , good location, clean beach and coastal design of the hotel was a plus.Customer service bit slow but all in was a good weekend.
Cons
CCTV cameras need to be installed to avoid tussles with other guests.

We stayed at this resort for 7 days and it was one of the most relaxing and fun experiences I have ever had. Everything from the staff, to the food, to the entertainment was amazing. The staff even played volleyball with us when we couldn't find enough players which showed how hospitable they are. The views from Neptune are also incredible and you will not find a better place to stay while in Diani

The name of the hotel is Paradise - and indeed it is! I recommend to all who wants a rest. Neptune Paradise is a calming and charming place. Room with ocean view is beautiful. Food was very good, tasty and various. Personel - very professional and kind. Special regards and thanks to Paradise Manager Jackson Kifoto - for his help and kindness and to Florence - for her heart which she gives to that place.

We had an amazing time here - the staff are super friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and the beach is immaculate (white sand and perfect water for swimming). Our room was very clean. The bed was comfy and there was ample hot water.
Buffet food was delicious with lots of variety in cuisines. There are also snacks at the pool bar between meals - the beef samosas are the best!
Highly recommend this property for your stay at Diani/Galu beach.

Room tip: Rooms closer to the pool are easier to access throughout the day.

My parents went with our extended family to this hotel for 4 days. They were 10 people.

It was terrible service: they were on 'club' and yet had no access to food outside of dining times. For a hotel that accommodates around 600 people, only 20 pizzas a day were made to cater for hungry guests outside of meal times, and those had to be pre-booked.
There were no ramps, to allow wheelchair access- the wheelchair had to be lifted everywhere, and was very uncomfortable and unsecured.
There was very limited catering for vegetarian and jain food, despite being informed way in advance (at the time of booking- at least 2 months prior to their stay), and quality of food was pathetic.
The rooms were average, very old and rusty.

Service was slow and inefficient- orders for snacks would be placed i.e. roasted peanuts, crisps - and it would take over 45 minutes to be brought to the table.
Management was spoken to- they assured us something would be done, but nothing was actually done.

Very unhappy with the service at this hotel and will definitely not be re-visiting, or recommending again.
BUYER BEWARE with this place!
