We had an amazing time here - the staff are super friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and the beach is immaculate (white sand and perfect water for swimming). Our room was very clean. The bed was comfy and there was ample hot water.
Buffet food was delicious with lots of variety in cuisines. There are also snacks at the pool bar between meals - the beef samosas are the best!
Highly recommend this property for your stay at Diani/Galu beach.

Room tip: Rooms closer to the pool are easier to access throughout the day.

My parents went with our extended family to this hotel for 4 days. They were 10 people.

It was terrible service: they were on 'club' and yet had no access to food outside of dining times. For a hotel that accommodates around 600 people, only 20 pizzas a day were made to cater for hungry guests outside of meal times, and those had to be pre-booked.
There were no ramps, to allow wheelchair access- the wheelchair had to be lifted everywhere, and was very uncomfortable and unsecured.
There was very limited catering for vegetarian and jain food, despite being informed way in advance (at the time of booking- at least 2 months prior to their stay), and quality of food was pathetic.
The rooms were average, very old and rusty.

Service was slow and inefficient- orders for snacks would be placed i.e. roasted peanuts, crisps - and it would take over 45 minutes to be brought to the table.
Management was spoken to- they assured us something would be done, but nothing was actually done.

Very unhappy with the service at this hotel and will definitely not be re-visiting, or recommending again.
BUYER BEWARE with this place!

We had an excellent time at Neptune! The staff were friendly and the ocean front property allowed us to go back and forth from beach to pool seamlessly. Every day we had an delicious array of food from all over the world! My favorites were the butter chicken and the delicious margarita pizzas. We played volleyball with the staff and enjoyed the nightly shows, especially the one put on by the animators. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Good hotel though small. Buffet has few choices for every meal most foods not very well made. Terrible fruit collection, and very poor dessert .
The rooms are Ok, room size is good, but the TVs are small and oddly positioned. poorly maintained shower head though with salty water difficult to lather.

The swimming pool is a disaster waiting to happen. the transition from shallow to suddenly deep caught me by terrible surprise despite putting a rope there, the floor needs to descend gradually. This is too risky even for a good swimmer.

The worst for me was the staff attitude. apart from the Restaurant manager/supervisor and a few helpful staff, the other waiters were close to rude and not courteous at all . Totally unprofessional. I also had a terrible encounter with a cook at the 'flambe' live cooking stop. i requested a little salt added to a portion of lamb being fried for me and she blatantly told me that it was impossible, and that i should add at the table. Never mind that the meal being fried was for me. The staff at the bar next to the pool where snack are served need to be courteous . One shouted at my wife to get out . T'was totally embarrassing. The slippery floor is one sign, but the should put up a sign showing that people are not advised to come from the pool, however dry they may be.

The casual staff cleaning the rooms was quite nice and very helpful. The driver too. Great beach though.

In a nutshell, i would never waste my money to go there again.

The rooms were decent, quite a long distance from the dining area. But the food was not good. There wasn't much options in dining during lunch and dinner. Thank god for the pasta station and the snack bar.
