- Parking: Due to that hotel has no parking, you have to find a municipal parking on your own some hundred meteres further north, put your car there and carry everything to the hotel, which is a challenge for e.g. elder people and families and really unpractical for everyone (else).
- Reception (time): On arrival, no one was at the reception - cf. photo -, even if it was 8 pm. The owner answered on the phone first after several attempts and fixed me in with a "self-service" check-in with a door code and the key hanging at the entrance.
- Facilities: To the room, I had to push myself through a very narrow hall up the stairs and then again through a very narrow corridor from the room door towards the bed. And in order to get into the room I had to "body check" the door (every time) because it was so bad! FYI, with 1,78 m (5'10") and 85 kg (188 lbs), I'm neither fat nor skinny.
- Room: Neither the remote control nor the tv or the internet connection - cf. photo - or the alarm clock (on the phone) were working!
- Bathroom: The bathroom was old and poorly maintained, had stains on the ceiling - cf. photo - (from a water damage?), and there no was shampoo.
- Breakfast: In the morning, there was nobody at the reception/in the restaurant again (!), and other guests were equally "lost" as me. The price for the "ok" buffet was € 20 (!) ($ 26). Normally you would pay € 8-15 ($ 10-20) for it.
- All in all: Visit Saint Martin-Vesubie, because it's beautiful, especially the surroundings of Colmiane, but DO GO (!) somewhere else than to this hotel!

Stayed here with friend in this stunning town. If you want French countryside and French way of life, this is the place to visit. The hotel is nice and simple. But clean and the rooms are good.
Great location in the town.
Prices are good - the same as most others.

Room tip: Challenge them on room pricing and stick to your guns. You will get a reduced price. We did.
