Me and my family just spent a few days in this pleasant resort with relaxed and yet elegant atmosphere, beautiful large pool, great food and very gentle and passionate staff.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and each of them has a patio. The sun is always guaranteed but generally there's a gentle wind that makes it never too hot. And yet when it does get nearly too hot, you can just enter the pool and take a swim or relax.

Room tip: don't ask for a superior room; take a classic.

Very pleasant place indeed, with bungalow style rooms laid out around a central swimming pool. Staff and owners here just went the extra mile, and this was really appreciated.

Most speak English, and extra activities were organized by the hotel to entertain the guests. Everything looks pristine, and my room was clean and tidy. Very good bed, the only modest complaint I had was lack of a place to sit and do a bit of writing and drawing. There was in fact a beautiful table, and lovely chairs, but the chairs were too high and the table too low so one could not actually sit at the table.

Dinner, breakfast and lunch were excellent. Compliments to the cooks!

Location is in the Puglia countryside, it is possible to walk to the local supermarket, but I decided against walking to the sea side town of Porto Badisco because the road leading there is narrow and full of speeding cars, and I thought it was too dangerous.

I loved this hotel, and thought it was the best we had during our trip to lovely Puglia.

The apartment, grounds and pool are all lovely, the setting amongst olive trees is beautiful. Gorgeous pool area, and not too busy. Very tasty breakfast with a lot of options. Very nice room, simple but well done, all in working order and nice terrace. Only complaint would be lack of hot water - even though the weather is hot it’s nice to have at least a warm shower after you’ve been swimming in the sea, this was luke warm at best and Baltic at worst! It was disappointing but wouldn’t put me off this lovely resort, all staff super friendly and helpful whenever required!

My first time visiting Puglia wouldn't be the same without the amazing experience I had in Mulino a Vento. I think the top aspect was the stuff which was so kind and helpful.
Every morning Daniela came to us during breakfast and helped us decide where to go next.
In addition, the hotel is organising amazing events almost every night like pasta making class, Wine and Olive Oil tasting and local music and dance night. Also, the pool, rooms, restaurants and bars are so well kept and you can't not to feel spoiled, which is all you really after when you come for a relaxing vacation.
We already decided to come again at some point.

I only ever write a review if the hotel is either dreadful or in this case truly exceptional. All the staff and the owners went out of there way to be kind and helpful. They clearly want you to have a great stay. There is a large swimming pool and well kept gardens in which the rooms sit. We slept so well here in a large bright room which even had tea making facilities. Not something you often get in Italy ! Breakfast was wonderful... home made bread , preserves and pastries. Eggs cooked to order. Giuseppe kept encouraging us to try everything ! Luckily we were on a walking holiday to burn off the calories but sadly it meant only one night here !
