. Getting off the elevator we knew we had made a good choice: the open seating area was very appealing with large both type tables overlooking the sea. A shared Greek salad, heavenly bread, and a dish called ‘oven baked feta with green peppers’ was to die for. Of course, we found everything to be covered with local olive oil. A nice glass of local white wine, not dry nor sweet, topped things off. The service from the young lady serving us was impeccable. As we were eating we ‘deconstructed’ the baked feta and will be trying to make it back at home. We continued our new European habit of eating slow and just relaxing, so were at the ‘GB Hotel Rooftop’ for about an hour or so.
