Stopped at Willows Barn with my girlfriend for a lazy few days to escape what have been quite hectic and stressful jobs lately. Laura found the place on Tripadvisor and seemed to tick all the boxes...and it did! The barn is situated down some lovely quiet country lanes, and we were greeted by a cold bottle of wine and some lovely homemade cakes (which were demolished that evening!)
We then spent the rest of the days relaxing in the private hot tub and playing tennis on the private tennis court. It was nice to be in such a quiet environment, in fact the only disturbance was from an inquisitive little bird who would occasionally knock on the windows!
Before and during the stay Rosalind would keep in touch via text to check everything was ok, which was really nice to know she was there if we had any issues without being intrusive.
The barn really has everything you need for a relaxing break. We didn't use the log burner as we had the God fortune of a beautiful few days weather, but could imagine it would be very cosy whole on the sofa (which Laura and I frequently found ourselves sinking comfortably into like it was our own sofa!)
We've already discussed going back again as I can't recommend highly enough.
Willows Barns is such a lovely place. Myself and my partner had a lovely Valentines weekend there. Loved the hot tub and wood burner, was very romantic! We were welcomed to balloons/heart shaped chocolates and a bottle of champagne which was a lovely surprise. The owner Roaslind was very helpful and accomodating, couldn't have asked for better service. The barn was lovely and clean and the queen size bed was very comfortable. If you want a relaxing weekend to take away the stresses of day to day life this is definitely the place to stay! Would consider going back in the summer as it would be lovely to have bbqs and enjoy the lovely surroundings in warmer weather.

We booked a few days away for our honeymoon here, from the second we walked through the door we fell in love with the place, from the wine chilling in the fridge to the beautiful card that was left for us by Rosalind and her husband congratulating us on our wedding was just the start of a perfect break, everywhere was beautifully clean and every detail was thought of, the town was a charming little place full of amazing places to eat and very friendly people, we couldn't of been happier and shall be returning many times over, I'm so happy we found this place it really is a little hidden piece of heaven!
We stayed here for 8 days and I didn't want to leave. The barn is so beautifully decorated and every intricate necessity has been thought of. We had beautiful weather even in October so the patio area was lovely to have breakfast on.The hot tub is fabulous and spent hours relaxing in it, and we loved watching a movie in the gorgeous living area. Framlingham is a great little place to stroll around. Rosalind and Kevin couldn't have done a better job creating and running the barn. Thank you again! Warm wishes Anna and Carl x
The place was super clean and tastefully decorated. It was my partners Birthday and we arrived to find a cake, card and bottle of wine.
The Hot tub is in private location so that you can relax without being overlooked or disturbed. The owner introduced herself and left us to it. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
