This was amazing vacation. Every thing was beatiful . the Go'S (Personally thanks to Lucas the multi talent Go that was wonderful), The service, the personaly attitude, the food, tracks, bycicels, etc....... for sure will come again!!!!

Had a fantastic week at Les Arcs Panorama. The activities were excellent, the hikes were great and well organised. My husband and sons went on the mountain and road cycling excursions and really enjoyed them, the equipment was very good quality. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The exercise classes were varied, every class you could want. And they were in French and English. The food in the restaurant was varied and tasty. Every drink available in the bar and lounge area was comfortable. Evening entertainment was fun, amazing to put on a different show each evening. Rooms were very clean. Views from all around the hotel were incredible
All staff were friendly and helpful, really impressive.
Would definitely recommend Les Arcs Panorama.

Terrible experience, took toddlers skiing in the pouring rain on the first day and we’re all screaming. cancelled learn to ski course due to bad first day and sent on a wild goose chase around the hotel to get a refund for equipment that was never given back to us. Put stuff on our bill that shouldn’t have been included in learn to ski package and we were accused of lying. asked for bath mat 1&3 year old for from reception as bath so sloppy 5 times and it never arrived. No reception staff hardly spoke English or could help when you wanted anything. no information on arrival on kids club or learn to ski courses. Really isn’t a 5 start hotel. Breakfast all the tables are dirty and they don’t bother to clean them. One morning at 8.30 every table around us was dirty. No child seat provided for our 3 hour return trip to the airport and had 1 and 3 year olds on our laps the whole way. Cleaning service was terrible, stained carpets in room, cheap fittings and fixtures, Had already booked for next year and after our terrible experience told them we didn’t want to return and asked for our deposit back and club med have refused to give us our £350 back even though we had a horrible holiday with them. Would never travel with them again.
As other reviewers have mentioned a sick bug had a major detrimental impact on all of my family and WITHOUT EXCEPTION, every other family who was there.
I spoke to the general manager who advised that it happens in every school holiday and that it starts in the crèche - brilliant!
It is clear that the hotel has just accepted the fate of their guests and are unwilling to do much about it - other than a marginally pathetic attempt to reduce infection by getting restaurant staff to wear plastic gloves.
All in all the hotel was what you would expect from clubmed. Ok food, decent entertainment and overcrowded ski classes (until the majority fell to the dock bug.
