Tried all the wonderful restaurants in Pollonia and others in Milos. Nama was by far the best. Not only was the food of high standard but so was the excellent service. The staff would happily go the extra mile if needed. I used to be cabin crew with BA so ive travelled the world therefore I can confidently say this restaurant has raised the bar on good food and service. The restaurant wouldn't be what it was without the incredibly wonderful and professional manageress/owner Katerina. Beautiful person inside and out!
Her partner Stellios owns The Deck bar across the road. Perfect bar for incredible cocktails after your meal with amazing views of all restaurants and the bay. Stellios and his staff are equally as excellent, well worth a visit!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there: the staff were super efficient and friendly and, above all, the food was delicious, with a dream view.
We went back 3 times during our stay!

We can only recommend you to try it, with for example a fried saganaki cheese and a swordfish at the sunset.

Excellent food. The chef is special: even traditional Greek food like gemista, i.e. stuffed tomatoes tasted unusual. I have eaten beetroot salad in many places in Greece but this one was exceptional! It was absolutely unique. On top of this The service was very professional. I

With its central location in the row of Pollonia's waterfront restaurants the 'Nama' is the latest addition, opening in June 2023, as I was told. The name refers to the sweet Greek wine, that is mainly used for the Holy Communion and is hardly ever found in a tavern.

There is no bulk wine available here, as seems to be more and more the case in Greece, only big bottles or wine by the glass. So instead I went for a Mamos beer from Patras. For dinner I ordered a 'Tigania kotopoulo', a stir fried chicken, which was prepared in the classical way with pieces of mushrooms and peppers in different colours, all on a mustard-honey sauce. Quite good.

The place with its traditional wooden furniture, painted white or green and with lamps, hanging in baskets from the ceiling, looks quite attractive and pleasant. A plexiglass wall gives protection from the northerly winds. Service was by a very friendly young man.
