Walk out to the beach, several things need repaired, Garbage disposal did not work and leaks, Patio door will not open properly, screen door was torn, outside facet will not turn off

Rented both sides of duplex Very convient Both sides well supplied with cooking supplies Good DVD s but Olympics on!

Our stay with Treasure Realty on Topsail Island was simply fantastic. Our group of five adults and five children aged 7 months to 9 years had a simply amazing time. Our proximity to the beach made it a breeze to get the kids (and the toys, canopy, beach chairs, etc.!)there quickly and without hassle. It also made returning to the house for potty time, apple juice and nap time amazingly easy, giving the adults time to enjoy the beach even more. We were in a duplex with my wife's Maid of Honor and her group of six adults and five children (aged 4 years to 13 years) adjacent to us. We were abole to open the door between the houses and let the fun begin!
Evenings consisted of kids watching Frozen and other movies and playing in one house, while some adults got to enjoy "adult time" in the others. Sitting on the decks to watch the ocean at dawn and sunset were added bonuses. We also found a wonderful bakery named The Corner Sweet a short drive away in Surf City that baked wonderful pastries that were enjoyed by all.
The houses were in amazing condition, and they were situated in a way that we didn't have any fears about the traffic. We were focused on the beach, and it worked!
Simply excellent marks all around.

The location is great. Oceanfront to a wide, clean, quiet beach. The local golf is above average and priced fairly. The house is spacious, clean and has all necessary amenities. From check in to check out we had no problems. Treasure Realty is professional and the house was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely return to this house and use Treasure Realty again.
