When we arrived, the unit reeked of smoke. It was hard to walk in. Upon arrival we also noticed that the top bunk was broken and unusable. Fortunately we only have 2 children and one could use the pull out sofa but that was a bit of an eyesore and a pain all week. The biggest issue was the lack of storage. The owners had closets full and locked meaning anything we took to the beach (cart, boogie boards, rafts...etc. had to be stored in the small unit so for us that meant the kitchen! The tiny balcony looks out over the parking lot, the pictures are a little misleading. When I reported all this to the real estate office, we never even got an apology. As much as I liked the St. Regis resort itself, I would not stay in this unit or recommend it to anyone.
