In all the time that we have been going to Anglers Paradise just up the road from this pub we have never been inside until this time and, seriously, why have we never been in. the food was amazing, our steaks were cooked to perfection and huge portions too. Absolutely delicious. We will definitely be calling in here again!!

Choosing the night of that infamous game to try and get a last minute dinner anywhere was going to be tough, they warned us of the wait and made us feel very welcome . Had a great time watching the game, food was old school pub grub, burger and curly fries, very nicely cooked and huge potions you won't leave the junction hungry. Pricing was excellent and considering it was packed with people watching the game the service exceeded our expectations. We will visit again on a normal evening.
Many thanks

my lifelong dream to go to England, I chose this village and I picked a winner.Chris and Gail were two of the nicest pub owners you could ever hope to meet. The steak and ale pie was excellent, the pint poured perfectly. I am looking forward to coming back here as soon as I can.

We had a meal for four, it was Monday evening so apparently few pubs in the area are open, so the pub was very busy. All of us were pleased with our meal.
