“A good base for visiting the local area”
Reviewed 8 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Spent 4 nights here with friends. Initial impressions were poor as we were greeted by a damp smell and the outside of the property appeared shabby. However, once we opened all the windows and unpacked it didn't seem that bad. There were two double and two twin rooms, two loos one with a shower the other with a bath. The kitchen was large and it was welcome to have milk and bread provided after our long trip. There were a few basic kitchen items missing, colander/sieve for example and not enough teaspoons but this could be easily rectified. As mentioned in other reviews there was no phone signal in the property but there was wifi available. Overall a reasonable base to stay when visiting the area.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very, very impressed. The cottage was very clean, cosy and in a fantastic location. Could not have asked for more. Thank you!

“excellent place to stay”
Reviewed 14 February 2014 for a stay in January 2014

This is a great place to stay, very clean and tidy, all of the rooms are spacious. Good hot showers and spacious kitchen and sitting room. Theres also Lots of parking space available.
Fort william is close by and Its an ideal base for some of the top walks, we stayed for 3 nights... utter bliss! There is also a nice public establishment very close by for refreshments and food.
Im sure we will return to this holiday home in the near future.
I also misplaced my crampons somewhere!! which I was later informed by the pleasant owner that they were at the holiday cottage :) The owner happily posted these back to me at no extra cost....excellent hospitality, even when we had left!
Thank you for an great stay.

“Lovely bungalow in a quiet village near fort william”

This bungalow sleeps between 8 and 10 with two double rooms, two twin room and a sofa bed in the living room. It has two bathrooms and a kitchen with fridge freezer, hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Every bedroom has plenty of built in storage and offers a fab night's sleep. The owners of this bungalow also own the Roy Bridge Hotel, which is just around the corner. They offer reasonably priced pub meals and it's a lovely atmosphere on a night time to have a drink and a chat.
