Lovely apartment, in quiet area. We visited mid September, the apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The owners were lovely and polite, lived below with young family, both spoke English. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, arrived late in the evening, due to delayed flight, was surprised that there was no essentials in the apartment, like salt pepper, oil. We had to buy everything from scratch (except coffee). When leaving, we left some items there to help the next client. Would be nice to have brief instructions about local activities in area, where to put rubbish. There was a play in the local community centre at weekends, met some lovely local people there who were very friendly, made us feel very welcome.
A few repairs needed, but it did not spoil our enjoyment.
There was not many eating places near by everyone kept directing us to ‘Fast Food’ (take away). There was supermarkets open until 8pm, Chemist, Post Office, Bakery, Church, Pizzeria and ATM machine
Loads of bars/cafe which only served drinks until late at night, no food. If you walked up to main road, and turned right towards Split you could find some restaurants about 15 to 20 minute walk or along the coast line towards Kasel Kambelovac or other direction along the coast towards Kastel Stari.
All in all lovely quiet holiday.
