Stayed in this hotel on a 28/28 rotation for work. The quality of food is disgraceful, the choice of food is disgraceful, the customer service in restaurant and bar is disgraceful. The rooms are average, beds are rock hard. Before staying ensure you find out if there are any beach parties organised in the Restinga area, as the parties go on until 6am, the volume of music is so loud you can feel your body vibrate from over 100m away. If you seen this hotel on TV you would think its a joke, as no hotel can be so poor and still in business!!!

This is a basic hotel, Stayed for 2 night only and that was enough, Breakfast, Everything was cold, Room, Fridge did not work, No waste bin, Toilet would not flush, Not Hot water, $278 per night,

Location right on the beach and beautiful but my advice, Lot better hotels

Room Tip: Ask to see the room as I made that mistake and I face a wall

It is a nice 4* star hotel located at the beach front, with great views to the beach and to Lobito's bay. It is very close to city centre (5 minute by car). It has a fair breakfast, with essential. Has free wi-fi in the lobby, in the room it was impossible to have. The cleanliness can improve a little bit. The electricity was always coming and going, but that's a structural problem in Angola. The bar outside the hotel is very nice. The staff were nice. Near the hotel there is a very nice restaurant with good choice of food. Nice place to stay in Lobito.

Standard for a stay in Lobito. Clean. Reliable.

The only thing, again, is the Internet. To date I could not realize how a business destination does not take care of Internet as if it was gold.

The Internet does not work in all the rooms. Be sure to test before you take your room definitely.

Haven't eaten there but it's got a restaurant and seems ok. If you have problems with service, the Portuguese owners, young ones just show up out of the blue.

Lots of problems in getting Internet vouchers at the reception, as staff is not capable of operate the machine that generates random passwords and usernames.

Be careful, even if the network is connected it does not mean anything as you cannot navigate or Skype.

Room Tip: Test wireless Internet before take a room as even connected it does not navigate,

Stayed there for about a month, the first thing you will notice is the Location, It is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic ocean, the beach is secluded, clean and very few people are there on weekdays, so a nice place for peace and nature loving people. Outside bar was almost complete.
Food was very good, they had an Italian chef who cooked very tasty food and cakes.
A tip for Muslims (The chicken there was Halal imported from South Africa - The manager showed us the Packing and also fish was very much part of every meal with Rice and vegetables, still you should check yourselves also - sometimes someone used the same spoon to take pork and rice so there went our that days rice rations)
The management and service was curtsies although very few people spoke English and those who did were not that good, The manager there was very helpful and the only one with good English skills.
Internet was available in the bar only but signals leaked up-to my room which was on fourth floor above the bar.
The laundry service was not good as I lost a few clothes and my whites turned to multicolored and also was very delayed.
Room cost around $270 / night Single room with complementary breakfast and lunch and dinner cost around $50 each, they might serve buffet if the number of guests are above minimum amount.
Lockers were available in the rooms.
No Gym or swimming pool.

Room Tip: Room facing the Atlantic Ocean ie the west and in top floors should be selected and not the other side which faces a small strip of sea and shipyards.
