The bedroom was well appointed and a good size, but I have only given 3 stars because I thought the meals were only very average. We were travelling on a coach tour and were given no choices for the evening meal. My husband did not like the main course and the waiter just shrugged his shoulders and offered no alternative. Fortunately a waitress was more considerate and offered an omelette. The breakfast was only very average.
The hotel was out of town and I would not chose to stay there again.

This is probably the best 4 star hotel that I have stayed in. The rooms are bigger than in some 5 star hotels. Ceilings in the rooms are high and making the space even larger. Insulation is fantastic, beds are comfy, pillows are soft. I was sleeping like a baby and not heard anyone around, except my family waking up. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a large complex located a 15 minute drive from the centre of Salamanca, a 10 minute drive to the Train Station, and a 20 minute drive to the Airport. There is an hourly local bus which takes you right to the centre of Salamanca which stops close to the hotel.

The complex has luxury wooden bungalows, caravan / mobile home sites fully equipped for all guests with its own cafeteria. The facilities include two swimming pools, sports gym, two tennis courts, basketball courts, car rental, free parking and free WiFi access.

The camping sites are totally separate from the hotel ensuring privacy for all.

The hotel has a large reception area with good lifts, a large restaurant, bar and outdoor terraces.

The rooms are spacious with a balcony, satellite TV, mini bar, safe and air conditioning. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and countryside which were very quiet and peaceful and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were good but the evening meal was disappointing.

This is an ideal place to stay outside the busy city of Salamanca.

A comfortable room with minibar, balcony & terrace, bath, good wifi, large TV for those that watch and, most importantly, a comfortable bed!

Highlights include:
English speaking reception staff, room service, a balcony AND very large terrace (only with two outdoor chairs though) in room 106 --- most other rooms only have balcony getting afternoon or evening sun, or terraces getting evening sun, whereas room 106 is a corner room with both!

Very easy to find off just off the motorway but within very easy reach of the city via bus, and the bus stop is literally a 20 second stroll from the hotel reception.

Also offerings camping & parking for campervans etc but these are hidden by trees from the hotel.

Didn't eat at the hotel so can't speak to the food, or the pool or gym, but they looked good!

Lots of free parking available, some covered but not all.

Downfalls
It's not so much a downfall, but the decor of the hotel is dated, it could do with a revamp. It's holding it together OK, but showing it's age --- aren't we all :-)

Room Tip: Most rooms have a balcony OR terrace, 106 has BOTH!

A great welcoming from m the hotel staff set the tone for a lovely stay. Excellent facilities and a good sized camping pitch made for a comfortable stay. The bus into Salamanca takes 20 minutes and goes from the car park of the hotel. What’s not to like?
