This compact house sleeps 4 but one of the single beds is under a sloping roof so really only suitable for a child - or wear a crash helmet! Otherwise it is surprising how well appointed it is, there's a good bathroom with bath and shower (over); the kitchenette has everything you could want including a modern oven but there are only two electric rings and very definitely only room for one chef. Beware the steep stairs, the loo is downstairs and take a bit of getting used to in the middle of the night.
The owners, Mr and Mrs Brenner are charming, she speaks good English - his is a a par with my French (not brilliant).
The area is fabulous, and the accommodation is walking distance to village of le Pouldu, very close to the beach and if you take the coast path you can walk to the port where there is a great (mainly fish) restaurant and a separate bar.
I can recommend this property especially for a couple or small family, it's not 'posh' but it is comfortable and a perfect base for exploring the area.More
