This Resort is a great location 15 mins from the beach by bike. The cleanness of the resort is second to none. The animation team and kids club organisers were just outstanding. Our chalet was a little close to the centre which is a little noisy till around 12 fantastic little patisserie just outside the back gate to get you morning bread etc. The supermarket on site is very good also but a little on the expensive side which is to be expected. Lots of great cycle rides which i well signed both north to Breton and Hossengor and south to the beaches and beyond all nice and flat and easy to cycle. All in all a great resort!

This was our first family holiday with our little boy who is just turning 3 and I have being converted! Firstly we flew into Biarritz and got a taxi from "findmytransfer.com" the taxi cist €120.00 return and only took about 35 mins from the airport to Labenne.

We booked through Crystal Al Fresco and had pre booked linen, bath towels, beach towels & a toddler pack which was very handy!

We stayed in a 3 bed Vivaldi and it was super cute!!! We had our own decking and BBQ which we used every day!

The park itself was great, an outdoor pool with slides, an indoor pool for the smaller kids which was great and kept my little boy well entertained which is always a plus!

There is a restaurant on site which we ate in twice and was very reasonably priced and the food was delicious!

There was entertainment every night apart from Wednesday and was good craic! There wasn't to many Irish there at this time so sometimes the entertainment was hard to understand as it was in French or Spanish but the mini disco was a big hit!

We hired bikes for 5 days also which I think is a must for this park as the beach is a bit away and so is the local supermarket as the supermarket on site can be quite expensive but was grand for daily morning croissants ;)

There is also a spa on site which was FAB!!!

All in all it was a great experience and would definitely return!

Good location but you're in need of a bike as the beach is 10-15 mins BIKE RIDE. Hire or take a bike and use a bodyboard bag

Site itself was nice- our pitch was lovely (a luxury caravan pitch). Included a barbecue stand and a pagoda

Excellent Animation team.

Good pools complex (we never got a go on the rings for the lazy river because they're were very few of them and no one let them go after they'd been round)

Nice deep pool for jumping and larking about

Good bar and restaurant and the takeaway (pizzas burgers pannini and rotisserie chicken) was very good

Downsides- the toilets and showers didn't feel that clean however to be fair they had toilet roll and soap- which having been to several French campsites - amazingly this isn't always the case

Supermarket on site was ok and especially the bakery goods. You have to get there early to get pain au raisin ( always sold out but 9:30).

Overall good site and plenty to do or just relax. Ask for quiet pitch and bring ear plugs (always wise). Some pitches were a bit shaded

Firstly it is a beautiful place and the accommodation and pool are great.

I booked directly with the site and although saved money on Eurocamp prices we felt as though we were holidaying in a Frenchmans back garden as a large group had most of the lane we were on!

2nd it's 95% geared to the French, all the entertainment is french, kids club etc, either learn the lingo or stay elsewhere!!

The kids weren't interested in kids club (the went once and didn't understand a thing) and the evening entertainment the same, mean no time for mum and dad.

The bar is busy most evenings and the waitresses buzz about taking your orders.

It's quite noisy and busy, there is a curfew but not enforced and it's next door to a club 18-30 place where the DJ plays the same 16 songs very loud every night.

Just a tip wear speedo type shorts or the militant like lifeguards will kick you out (unless of course you are French). And despite what they say they don't sell them in the on site shop.

I spoke to the management about these issues and with a Gallic shrug of the shoulders a French response was muttered!! 4% of guests are English!! Cest la vie!!

Good facilities but the disco starts at 930 and blasts it out until midnight making sleep a challenge. Service in the bar and restaurant is stretch so frequently slow. The pool complex is excellent and much of it is shallow enough to mean the kids can play without worry.
