As shown in the picture, the outside looks traditional Korean. The room is quite large, with pristine white marble on the floors and walls. The ceiling is beautiful white tile. My room is facing the water - I can't wait to see the sunrise in the morning. There are two rooms, and both eastern-facing walls have very large rolling windows. So essentially you can open half the wall to the seabreeze. It's very nice. My only concern is the noise from the traffic and the railroad tracks - you can hear it right through the large windows along the walls, even when they're shut. So it's a beautiful view, but kind of noisy.

I'm not sure if they're all this way, but I have a 2-room suite. The living room has a leather couch and leather chair, table, nice-sized refrigerator, coffee/tea pot, 2 dressers, and a tv (only Korean channels). It also has a gas fireplace.

The bedroom has two beds - a single and a queen-sized.

The bathroom is dark and a little dated - black tile on the floors and halfway up the walls, and one of those deep tubs with a handheld shower wand.

From the front of the hotel there's a large pedestian bridge over the road and tracks to the beach. Okay, the beach facilities appear to be past their prime, but admittedly I'm here in the off-season (June). Maybe it perks up in July.

The fitness room looks very nice and well equipped, and the lap pool is huge! Very nice. There's also a pool for the kids with two slides. I did not check out the hot tubs, but they sound nice.

I had dinner in the restaurant on the 7th floor. It was pretty good. Very nice. I'll be back for breakfast tomorrow.

At first I thought this was a brand new hotel, but someone told me it's old. That just goes to show what good condition they've kept it in. (Only the bathroom gives away its age.)

Room Tip: Eastern-facing rooms have a great ocean view, but road/rail noise. I believe Western-facing rooms may be quieter with garden views.
