We stayed in a bungalow for a weekend. The site has good facilities for the kids and we all really enjoyed the pool. It is also in front of the beach so we went there as well. The bungalow was clean and had AC so we were pretty comfortable. Campsite was pretty quiet during night. We arrived pretty late and we had dinner in the restaurant in front of the campsite. I'd recommend it too.

Great site with amazing facilities
Biggest toilet block I have seen that looks like a spa from inside and out
All the facilities are great and are always clean
Our pitch had a private shower WC, but really you don't need that unless you really want it
Looking forward to going back in 2018

We stayed here for a fortnight last summer.

A couple of key points.

It's a good site.
You are right next to the beach.
The facilities are spotless.
Poolside bar & restaurant is good value.
Well stocked shop, no need to go elsewhere
Worth paying the extra for own sanitary block.

European caravans can be much smaller than British vans so some pitches are quite tight. As are the site roads due to how haphazard people park.

90% of the campsite population were either Dutch or German so kids didn't mix as well.

Amfora is my little bit of heaven, love, love, love it.3rd time here and will definitely come again. It has something for everyone and gives a 1st class service.I would like to thank all the staff including the cleaning staff who do a fantastic job with the sanitary blocks and always have a smile on their faces. The restaurant staff are excellent, nothing too much trouble which makes the evening a meal to remember. The security staff are very good always challenging anyone without a wristband which makes us feel very safe.shop staff good too also the reception staff who do what they can to get you a pitch that's big enough for your caravan.
We have seen the entertainment staff who all seem very jolly especially with kids on site, always something to do and going on even in low season.
the beach is lovely but can be very windy ,ideal for all the wind/kite surfers.and something to look at while relaxing. The pitches are of various sizes mostly with hedges and some with trees for shade, most with water and electric and some have bathrooms.the whole site is clean and well cared for. Sanitary blocks are cleaned all day long and are modern and pleasant to use.Cant wait to come again.Lots of things to do in the area with Roses,Figueres,Emprubravia all on your doorstep and Girona a little further away.
We pay with camping cheques which make it about 17euros a night for pitch,water/electric awning and car, excellent value for money. There are many accomadations on site also ideal for familys who wish to fly to Girona and hire a car.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks in august. Friendly welcome to this big site, and we were guided to our caravan pitch which was large and had electric hook up, water, and enough room for awning, car and a tent:
The shower blocks are literally spotless, being cleaned constantly.
It's a secure site, right on the beach, with good security and great amenities.
Access to beach is monitored so no one can wonder onto the site without a wrist band, and the close proximity to the beach is amazing
