“So impressed!!!”
Reviewed 21 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

We rented 2 of the 2 bedroom/2 1/2 bath cottages, as we had 8 people. It was perfect!! Caroline was so easy to work with, friendly and helpful!! Her husband even printed out driving directions back to the airport for us. This place exceeded my expectations and I would return in a heartbeat. Castlebellingham is so cute and Dundalk/Blackrock is a quick 10 minute drive up the road. Loved it...hopefully we will be back :)

“Very charming inviting place with very nice hosts”
Reviewed 20 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We just stayed at this excellent accomodation during the last week. It was our first stay in Ireland and we had our handicapped daughter with us. The charming houses oft the 18th century were excellently renovated and everything is new and very, very clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and we enjoyed our meals there looking at the rural area. The beds were very comfortable and we had a nice view to the fields. It was very calm there-the only noise was sometimes the wind and a few raindrops.Caroline and Paul supported us in any possible way if we had a problem in the house or looking for a good restaurant. The guest folder implied many useful informations. The cottages are yery well located for visits to Dublin and the heritage sights as well as for trips to the north.
To say it shortly:It was a perfect week in the east part oft Ireland-thanks for all your hospitaliy!

“Hidden Treasure”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

The Drummeenagh Cottages in Castlebellingham was the most perfect of places I could`ve asked for. Strategic location for all our day trips we had planned during our 12 days in Ireland. Quiet surroundings provided ideal sleeping conditions. The cottage was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Fully equipped kitchen saved us money from eating in restaurants all the time. The decor was quite impressive as well as the look of the 18th century stone work. It was our vacation castle and made our trip to Ireland all that more enjoyable. Caroline was always there for us if we needed her and made sure we had everything we needed. Would most definitely recommend this place to friends and associates. I would stay here again if I ever visit Ireland in the future.

“Fabulous location close to many historical sites and wonderfully appointed”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We had a good feeling about this from booking and contact with Caroline who gave us details about directions and when we arrived all was in perfect order. The cottage is quite updated and modern with dishwasher, and everything needed for self catering. Location is fabulous to all Meath and Louth historical sites and seaside villages. We made trips to Armagh and Giant's causeway in the the north. Caroline was quite accommodating with references to local places including Foleys for breakfast (fabulous and welcoming, but cash only) The fat goose above McBrides and Glyde Inn in Annagassin.

“The most welcoming fantastic start to a holiday”
Reviewed 20 May 2014 for a stay in May 2014

From the time we arrived at Drummeenagh Cottages we were made to feel welcome, the accommodation itself was excellent and Caroline and her family made us feel so welcome that we kept referring to it as home!
This is our first trip to Ireland from Australia and we found plenty to do around the area and plenty of information on hand in the cottage.
An exceptional place that I think spoilt us a little fir the next place lol!
