The hotel was very clean and accessible to many places. The train station was adjacent and very convenient. We had no complaints with breakfast as it was fresh and a reasonable selection. The staff were very efficient and helpful.

Stayed: March 2018, travelled as a couple

Stayed for 3 nights with a friend.
Positives:
Fairly modern by most standards
Great location
Lots of restaurants in the area and a lovely park
Helpful staff
Good sized double bedroom and bathroom
Negatives:
The pre-paid for breakfast was exceptionally bad compared to any 4* or even 3* hotel I’ve stayed at. The scrambled eggs (the only choice) tasted like it was made from a strange powder - I had to spit it into a napkin. There was nothing particular about the advertised ‘Japanese breakfast’ that made it Japanese. Milk for cereal was warm. I could go on but suffice it to say, I wouldn’t return for the above reason.
Plenty of other really good hotels in the same area with better facilities and breakfast.

Location is good which is walking distance to two subway stations. Also, around 15 minutes walk to Ginza area, so it is convenience.

However, the hotel does not allowed early check-in unless you pay additional. Arrived 2 hours early than the standard check-in time and was told no rooms are available. Subsequently was told I could pay more for early check-in, hence was not impressed by their services.

Other than that everything is good.

Rooms very clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast in lobby set up daily. No hotel restaurant , but nearby restaurants in walking distance.
No onsite hotel to airport shuttle. Make arraignments in advance . Train station assessable ..

Room Tip: 10th floor was quiet .

The Hotel and Staff were amazing. Always very attentive, friendly and kind. Everyone spoke English which was a plus. Continental breakfast was really good. There is a money exchange in the lobby which the exchange rate was better than at the airport. The hotel sits right above the train station. Big Plus in my book. It’s located in the business district. Bring your sneakers there is a lot of walking. Beautiful architectural building around. There are many shops surrounding the the area. You must try the China Garden which is located in the same building as the hotel. The concierge’s desk was very helpful with assisting you plan tours helping with arrangements to the airport helping with arrangements for taxis. We really have a good 4 nights there. I will stay there again.
