Very basic hotel close to Ginza station on the Tokyo Metro Maranouchi Line (Red). Staff were very polite but rooms very to small. Tojyo rooms can be small, but I'm only 165cm and 55kgs and I found it uncomfortably small. Bed, bathroom and very tiny entry way, thats it. No where to put your bags etc. Had to push bed up against one wall just to be able to walk up one size of it. See attached photos. For the money, it would be cheaper to hire a pod motel room. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is in a prime location, Ginza, without paying the inflated price the other Ginza hotels will charge.

It’s a nice new building with a fabulous location and is easy to find. Check-in was fast and friendly. The rooms are clean and well appointed for this price point. As typical in Japan, the rooms are small. However, they provide robes, slippers, hair dryer, and tea making facilities. There is also a mini fridge. The WiFi works well.

There are vending machines, ice machines, and laundry facilities available on the second floor.

Floors three and higher are secured access and only accessible via room card which creates for a safe stay.

You are around the corner from several convenience stores, many many restaurants (Ippudo Ramen just a 2 minute walk), all the Ginza shopping you can handle, and the Kubuki-Za theatre is only a 3 minute walk away.

You can walk to this hotel in 15 minutes from Tokyo station. Various metro lines and stops available within 3-4 minute walk. Tsukiji fish market only 10 minute walk.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Lovely place.

We were a family of 8 in four rooms staying for 3 days. The hotel itself is located in the middle of Ginza. It's on one of the smaller streets so harder to locate a first time but still very central. 24hour convenience stores, dozens of local and foreign( starbuck) and yes even a Mcdonalds is one minute away! Very good location indeed. Ginza subway stop is at most 3 to 4 minutes walk.

The hotel itself is very cutely designed. Brand spanking new so totally clean and shiny. Lobby is on the 2nd floor as their restaurant is on the first. Design is modern , homey, casual. It actually smells amazing. They have lots of little amenities for free in the lobby, like Coffee, Teas, Face Masks, Lotions, Scrubs, etc. Not a big hotel but there's a usable cute workspace and comfortable sitting area. And off the lobby there is a laundry room , vendo , ice machine and microwave.

The rooms are very nice , with first class sheets and bed. Wifi is so so and nothing on Japanese TV so bring your own entertainment if you plan to stay home. Bathroom is the typical kit kind you see in Japanese 3 star businessman hotels. Small but everything works and since it's so new , still very shiny looking unused. The bath tub is only half length but because of it's slope and height, works well. The only real issue with the room is it's really small size , must be only 12 sq.m. WE asked for adjoining rooms but the best they did was to put the rooms besides one another. This was fine till we found out they did have adjoining rooms and these were even larger.

In the end the ultra small size is ok for quick trips but will grate for longer ones specially if you have big bags which you can never leave open as there is literally no floor space.

I'd be happy to recommend this hotel for shorter stays and those who want to stay in Ginza Area. I would stay here myself but not with the whole family anymore. It's tight even for two people but for a quick weekend jaunt or work stay. Totally Fine.

Room Tip: there are no rooms with a view but the place is very quiet and some rooms are larger than others , those 3 extra sqm. matter.

The hotel is new, so everything is clean and fresh. The location in Ginza is excellent, walking distance to everything and also the subway. Notably the restaurant downstairs is excellent, both value- and quality-wise. Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo. The basic room for two is too small if you have large check-in luggage. Service is basic and friendly but not always useful as some staff do not speak English well.
