Right from check in we found the staff very friendly helpful and accommodating, and their English was perfect (compared to my attempts at Spanish). All the staff we encountered from restaurant to cleaning crew were also lovely.

The room was spacious and big enough for two adults and two children. It was always cleaned to a high standard. The beds were also super comfy which made for a good night sleep.

The breakfast was served until 11am which was great as we had a couple of late nights but still managed to get breakfast. The selection was wide to accommodate all nationalities/tastes but despite this it became a bit samey after 7 days.

The hotel has a lovely cafe with small playpark and is only 10mins walk from the beach.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!

We come back every year around the time of the Fiesta San Juan. Lovely friendly staff who keep the place spotless. Short walk down to the beautiful Port of Santa Cruz and it's Castle. Safe easily available parking at front of the Hotel and the benefit of secured parking underneath for those who feel the need.

Room tip: If wanting to cook then ask for cooking equipment to be placed in room at time off booking.

The kitchette was a bit of a let down and could do with upgrading but the hotel was clean and well kept other than that. It was an ugly building which would benefit from a bit more greenery outside but good location for exploring. There's a really pretty cliff top park just behind the hotel with amazing views across the ocean to Coruna and Santa Cruz is a very pretty little costal town within a 15 mins walk (steep hills though).

Despite a couple of negative points this hotel was great value for money and the level service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and far surpassed expectations.

We usually look for apartments, so the aparthotel was a nice alternative. First the pros of the place: the room was clean, spacious and in good condition. The location was great. The hotel is situated near to the supermarket (about 100 meters), to the center of a Coruña is about 10-15 minutes by car. The only con for me was the kitchen accessories which were a bit used. Of course this place has basics equipment but I've been in various places in Spain which were better equipped. That's why I have higher standard. All in all, it is a good choice for this price.
