A nice route west from Northern Ireland, UK to the South. A short sail, operating all day in season, just drive up and get in the queue. Great views.

We didnt even know about this service we fell upon it and waited 10 minutes for the ferry and parked up and stood on deck with the sun shining and the spray over the bow. What a superb 20 minutes across the Foyle! It is highly recoimmended and saves may miles of driving via Derry.

It looked touch and go for a while, but the Foyle Ferry returned in July and will run during the summer months. It saves a huge detour.

The Scenic Foyle Ferry is up and running again providing a non-stop shuttle service to both sides of the Lough.

Whether on holidays or for business this is the quickest and least expensive way to get from the Republic to avoid the traffic of Derry. Prices are the same as last year and the 15-minute trip across the Foyle is an experience to remember ....
